I decided to start a series of posts with recipes(not necessarily culinary ones) and instructions that would allow you to do things the easier way.
As first – the simplest salad ever. You will need
– avocado(remember to check if it’s slightly soft when you press the skin)
– tuna(in a tin – I prefer tuna in olive or sunflower oil)
Remove the skin from avocado and dice it, then add tuna. Mix and enjoy!
Of course you could add spices, maybe some mayo or grated cheese but I actually love it that way being so simple and quick to prepare. Plus I don’t need to say this, really – it’s very healthy.
It’s very quick to prepare so when I come home, starving – there’s nothing better to have. Tuna will provide you with proteins and both tuna and avocado are the rich source of nutrients and vitamins.
